[Help] Job Problem

Job NPC ( Hotan, Donwhang, JangAn, .... ) haven't Goods, but only Samakan have it's

and can't sell goods ( Hotan, Donwhang, JangAn, .... ), but only SMK to sell them directly again - without trading normal

What error ? How to fix ?
