Yea because ddosing 127.0.0.1 is too mainstream.

127.0.0.1 is the local ip, it's the same on every computer, we can't DDoS you using that.


Either way, you have misconfigured IIS's permissions, verify if everything is correct and that you are not blocking certain ips (especially local access)


Also, which OS are you using? that doesn't seem to be running on a server OS
