SibiPrencincts Problem

I have windows vista in my computer, and i cant run SibiPrencincts, doesnt appear the login and cancel button..! plz help

Right click properties sibibot and under compability tick run window xp( service pack 2) the same with ecsro.
Or try right klick on it and (Run as). If nothing work try reinstall the bot
