[Help] With Race Balance

i have a server cap 110
and i am trying to make balance

any ideas ?

Out of ideas already ? :/
Change euro support/buff roles...
For example : make Bard skill tree viable to pvp, change it abit so it will be more useful.
Thought of changing and rearranging The Cleric/Warlock sub trees ? Could be pretty nice.

I'm not saying anything about the chinese cuz i've seen that you already made them more viable, and abit overpowered.
