Need help making a server.. (pay)

Hey guys.. here is my problem. I have massive ideas for server which would I think take the p-server community by storm. But, I don't know how to set up a server (You'll probably moan at me for that). I've read all guides, but none of them yet work. If anyone could help me via skype, teamviewer or whatever, I'll gladly pay once finished.

To make the job easier, I'll make a new user account on my computer, get the required files (db, sro v1.188) and then let you go from there..

I'm a guy with shitloads of Ideas too xD
But my Ideas are pretty mhhh how should I say it ... i think they're pretty hard to realize but maybe someday I'll have enough money do hold a root and get a team to realize it but yeah .... someday meh =)
