I have a Silkroad Private Server and I want Items for my player. How could I create Items? I have this thing called GM Helper but I don't know what it does Ex: /MAKEITEM ITEM_CH_SPEAR_01_A_RARE 0

I don't know what it does.

You need to open the GM console ("shift" + "~") [English keyboard] then input that code in the console and press "enter".
The item will spawn at your feet or near you.
You then have to pick it up.
Done
