Hello everybody I'd like to introduce to you an old server 'Panic Online' It's based on Vsro files.
Basically it's opened since 2012 but was Re-launched at 2014.
I'm just advertising the server and If you need help I 'll do my best.

[Help] Weapon Skills Effect. 08/27/2009 - CO2 Private Server - 10 Replies I got all the Weapon Skills added, And now there is like 4 Weapons makes the same effect of the weapon skills.
Anyone knows where are the weapon skills effect at?
can anyone explain me what is the ushort, 12, 2, 0, 110, 0, 20?
Some weapons hits normal attack, and some times i doesnt eaven hit just make a attack action.
What is missing so it doesnt hit with weapon skill?
