People mostly have +10.
immo and astral is around 2b.
Alchemy rates are pretty hard, but alot of elixers drop so its do-able

No People doesnt have +16 items or so.its normal alchemy since the silk is pretty cheap. and about immortals. prices are arround 1.5-2b per piece. not that much :}

Gold botting wont make you alot of gold. Server rates got lowered.
I'm going to say the way how it is: making gold could be hard

Gms are planning to ban people who sell items for real money, still dc'ing them so far
