What it the best 2moons or dekaron p-server out

I want to start playing a p-server but cant find many and if i do i dont want to download it and i see only 1-10 players on you know what i mean so what is the best server with most of the newest skills working

EliteDekaron,E.G Dekaron (elite and e.g are the same team),and AG-Network (our partners).
from start choose elite dekaron or E.G, AG network arent so good yet because they have just finished adding Aloken.
