All Dragon Nest Private Servers Shut Down?

Is it true that the Chinese Authority has shut down all chinese-based private servers and arrested the owners of the servers?
If it is true, that is the reason all the servers are unplayable, they've been shut down.

well if it's true then about time they do.. those are unplayable to begin with specially to EU based players haha.. since even with VPN i still get about 200ms which gets me 2-3 secs delays

um, there is no possible way they can arrest and/or shut down all the servers specially if its in china lol, one there is no way to know the adress of the owner, 2 there is no such thing as copyright in china <3 well there is, just not as strict as here in the us, so they cant exactly sue whenever they want to <3
