That is not possible, there are most likely server sided checks for that. Pokemon that require items to evolve can be evolved though.

the evolution of pokemon is really work. i just discover it on my own. but ofcourse with a help of PWODarkHacker video. so i absolute recommend hiss hack. evolution can work in feebas evo > milotic even no item holding togepi evo > togetic also no soothe bell holding . but this evo will not work if the requirement level is not rich.

example charmander level 10 want to evo to charizard level 10. <<< impossible. but charmander 99 want to evo to charizard 99 will be possible using evo hack.

note it will work in a lot of pokes.that will evolve

It will be possible again to level up pokemon from 5-99 in a matter of minutes.

the program you are you using is wpe , you're recording the evolution packet of some poke , save that packet and re-send it while having the poke you want to evolve first in party
as for the other stuff they're mainly wpe or botjo
the reason im doing this is because what you're doing is simply a ripoff

If you have a problem with a user, your best bet is to report them. That way a mod can see it a lot more quicker.
