You said "Obviously sin is 5aps" however according to your PW Calculator, it isn't. The legs you've added do not have interval and also you don't have the tome therefore you can't have 5aps with the other gear.

By the way,you dont need to have the tome to be 5aps.

Yeah I know but you had in the calculator that the legs didn't have interval, therefore without the tome you would only have had 2.86 non-spark.
