He's a confirmed scammer, has a second account here too, will withdraw money the moment you send it so you'll have to go through hell to get it back. He isn't top500, sits around plat and if cornered, will put you in contact with supposedly top500 people who're about the same skill level as him and are unable to carry a thing.
