Wenn dudas geld aus einem Handle auf dein PP Konto bekommen hast, wird es von pp ca 21 Tage lang einbehalten da es ein neuer acc ist war bei mir auch so...
Das kannst du überprüfen indem du schaust ob es verfügbares Guthaben ist. Dies sieht man eigentlich sofort auf der "Startseite".

Habe das gleiche Problem in PayPal; laut dem Support "muss das System mich kennenlernen", mir wurde auch gesagt das man Geld aufladen kann, somit schaffe man sich Vertrauen zum System ;D. Aber nach Aufladen und nach 2 Wochen ist das Problem immer noch da ...
