You have to edit your Database to make this work. But I cant tell you how it works.

Soo you are asking if this is possible to get start equipment when you create char ?? Soo this is not possible in waat because this is not implemented.

I don't think if it's possible with WAAT Server Files.. but it's possible, if you write a looping script which checks in the database if a new character has been created: if yes, it pastes the equipment.
