- u_s is the user's ability
- Is followed by the number of skill, assa is 2, is 7 warrior, swordsman 14
-after is the kind of character, 1 = player, 2 = npc, 3 = Monster
-then will the identity of that character
Example: u_s 14 3 5699 120 30
14= skill nº 14
3= character tipe monster
5699 = code
123 & 30 = x & y
