need help

Hello guys I-m using windows 8.1 and I couldnt get to work any programs that sell parts and all other items from inventory since all inv are full.

The program starts but it only scrolls down to the bottom then exists.

I tried this 1 and it didnt work :/

Then try to run it in compatibility mode - though it seems to work. Just take care of chosing the right option: you can choose between Tuning and Aftermarketseller!
