Well you can but it will take you forever.... you would have needed to have won some stuff... I got 4270 DP and i only purchased 1 gamestop pack and got a cinque and a RTR and thats it..

Search the rims for 6k $.
I think that you should have atleast 3 million $ in your pocket to finish the Aftermarket achievement completely, correct me if I'm wrong.
