level 60 no good parts anymore

I was wondering i have sandboxie 2 acounts.
and a[ter aLl night on my level 60 acount i didnt get any ultra tuning part who is good. or any skill mod for drag over 10%
but on anoth€r acount where is level 50 i get several skill mods for drag 30% and tuning parts

so what when you are level &0 you dont get anymore good parts or what

The devs said you will get better drop rate when you are lvl 60 but is not true
If you are lucky you can get good parts at any level.
