That's why I now play a f2p game from another company also, where codes occur
a few times in a month. I won't go offgame here but I can tell you, that fps actally
makes me feel like a valued customer, while I'm a free-gamer! (I can say that they
use Zen in that fps game as real currency)
Try to revoke a payment at EA for a f2p game where you did
*not* get what you
payed for (after you talked with cust.support). It will happen since your
bank will do it, but instead of putting a real person on it to fix the problem, they
automatically ban
*all* EA and Origin accounts linked to that debit/credit-
card!
There are a number of people walking around who should never meet an EA
excecutive as they will actually commit real life crimes if they do
EA seems to be to big to value it's customers as people and sees them all as records
with certain fields, containing attributes. That's why they treat even paying
customers as bottom-feeding sc%m.
I'm not talking about individual programmers, network engineers and support
personell, mind you, but about the company as a whole.
