Link for Top Up gifts?

Hello,
since yesterday I heard from some players that they have a link which gives you all top up gifts from the last six months.
That means that that all cars/neons/license plates and vinyls are for free.
Can someone confirm this? (and post the link if its true?)

First I cant believe it.
But when I looked in their profiles I saw that the last 7 cars are all top up cars.
Chrysler 300C, Shelby Super Snake, Sesto Elemento, BMW 1er Flexor, Challenger Concept, TT Vesna and so on...
I'm still confused.

its because he bougth boost, only that way its possible, so dont try anything more
