Overall or Acceleration Tuned?

Hi guys, I have an existantial question.
Is it better to have an overall tuned car or an acceleration tuned one?
Specifically, talking about the Lambo Murci640.

use your parts for a boost car not for an ingame-cash car.
but when you have full parts then you can put them on the murci.

Thanks Rayk, but actually, I belong to that special group of need for speed world's players who do not what to spend a Peny on a game

Yes, we are talking about Ultra Tuned parts (max stats), but aimed to overall or acceleration?, which one of those suit better on a Murci. I think Murci is well known for its good acceleration but mediocre handling. If not, correct me if I'm wrong.
