why not the function use that we have? like

self.tooltipCostume = uiTooltip.ItemToolTip()

and

self.tooltipCostume.SetItemToolTip(int(constInfo.COSTUME_SYSTEM_MAIN_VNUM))

and A event like

self.costumeSystem_Hair.SAFE_SetStringEvent("MOUSE_OVER_IN", self.__ShowCostumeToolTipHair)
self.costumeSystem_Hair.SAFE_SetStringEvent("MOUSE_OVER_OUT", self.__HideCostumeToolTip)
