Error ile eix/epk - The file 936_guild.dds doen't exist

Hi all, sorry my english but i'm italian :S
however... i try to extract the file eix/epk in the folder "pack" of my client.. I downloaded an extractor by an italian site (CheatForge) and I changed the address of my client... The address had been recognized but checked out an error: The file "d:/ymir work/ui/936_guild.dds" doen't exists...
plz help me

don't worry for the english however I try to insert also the complete address of the client but there is the usually error...
