exe r36+ new mounts skills problem?? help

Heya i use new binary r36469 and i have problem when attack mobs with new mounts...they dont make dmg...can someone give me diff for fix it?? thx

In the new binaries have exceptions. For example power mount system .
I have not found out where I can change it.
