/warp.... Befehl nicht funktioniert /command doesn't work

Hi guys & grls, i have problem with command /warp [name],.....
Any "warps" teleports to the same place, just where I stand.
syser server :
first test:

but teleporter is operating normally.

Etwaige "warp"
Jeder "warp" teleportiert an der gleichen Stelle, wo Sie stehen.

Aber Teleporter funktioniert normal.
