PM BUG Metin2 serverfiles 2010

Hi, I have a problem on my client, when I try to open PM (shift+enter or from Main Chat) the game crash and then exit.
What can I do to solve this?

Change in the root.eix epk uichat uimessenger and uiwhisper.

i tried wat codrinus said but the problem still presist, i dunno why. i used the files from the latest Metin2.us client and packed it into my client's root and still the problem is there.
