~48 hours I contacted Ibogdan11 about purchasing gems. He quickly replied with his paypal information. I sent the money.(2 euros) I was skeptical, but thought it would be worth the risk for $2.75 U.S.
After sending the money, Ibogdan11 stopped communicating. No gems were sent. I sent him my information 3 times and messaged him 4 times before contacting paypal and locking the money.
I don't really care about $2.75 lol. A cup of black coffee costs about the same here, but scams and theft regardless of the amount, should be dealt with.
