Creating a 3d model viewer/exporter

Hi guys!

I wonder if you know any resources to create viewers of 3d models but especially how to create exporters.

Me and a friend are trying hard to get models from games but sometimes the model format is unknown. Do you have any resource on how to "see" 3d models and convert them to something more readable?

maybe reshacker but all formats have a structure. u need to know which structure it have and the normal 3d models like 3ds max
