anybody got mabipack 1.24?

I'm playing this game in Taiwan severs, and I'm trying to figure out how kukulite can work there, I found the topic "[Download] mabipake, Twin Tail, kaere, kukupatch, and fastcook", but I can't find mabipake 1.24 in anyways even google, I see somepeople made it, can I have the details?
