Most people seem to complain about lag, although I rarely see any of it. I'd say 95% of people who lag have a bad internet connection and should upgrade to a better one.

Most lag that people complain about is very often graphic lag, not connectivity lag.

Playing on NA servers from EU trough AOL = Connectionlag, even if u got a supperb connection.

lmao it doesnt work anymore. server sided checks to see if anyone is connected through a vpn client trying to hide there ip and use another. when you log on normaly ur sending info from dhcp ip and your computers ip. so it is a valid connection. rather than info being sent with vpn server connecting to another server. rather than client to server like how it checks for.

hard to explain but what im saying is ur mabi is connecting to nx servers with a server running mabi client and dont work cause of specific protocols in vpn than dhcp. or at least this is what i think where as with out vpn its a direct link from your side to them. than being rerouted to connect to them. honestly a 1 second difference wont really help. cause no matter there is always someone faster.

for this to work u may need to have a program that connects to a vpn server specificaly for running through mabi servers much like there is a program to run World Of Warcraft in such a way. i dont remember the name of the program or servers they use but to use it u need to pay for the service.

The reason this thread was unstickied was because it is obsolete, and most people don't need AOL since most are in NA. Although some are in europe, there are very few.
