[REQUEST] Weapon Degrade/Fusion Bolt

Hi! I would just like to ask about two things:

1) Is it possible to turn an Artisan Removal Kit into something that could remove a weapon upgrade?
2) Is it possible to somehow be able to use a CC wand to fusion bolt?

If so, could anybody please help and guide me on how these can be done?

Wrong. Both are possible as long as you have write access to mabi's database and server source code

You seriously need to stop replying just to prove people wrong.

He's asking if it's possible, no it's not.
Why is it not? Cause at this date and time he doesn't have access to the database or server source code.

That's quite a small school. I go to a private high school and there's 200~250 people in my year o_o
