if you can verify your paypal with a passport with the same name of the paypal owner, i can sell you my account. many many skins, much champs, some years old and unranked this season.

so? verified only means that a creditcard or bankaccount is connected with paypal.
hacked paypal is still verified ;-)

i dont have league of legends on my computer, last time i played was november '15.
about 90 champs, 15 runepapes or something like that, many many runes and i cant remember all the skins :P
