Teamview smell fishy. Admin say that your web-browser info can be stolen. Before you trade with this method i recommend secondary PC or make a full clear on your browser.
Since most people is at chrome u can hard reset the browser. Just friendly reminding.

Hey guys take attention, even if he gives you RP he can chargeback the riot payment of "his smurf" via Paypal and the whole amout of your RP will disappear so you have paid him money for literally nothing. Never buy RP about Epvp.
