how can u guarantee a full silver player team, that they will win 10 games in dia ?

They don't need to win, they can loose 10 matches. Ofc it would be safer if you win one or two games. But you will end up Diamond, because the Rating of the Team, from last seasons, is high enough that you can't drop below Diamond.

Edit: Alternatively I will offer to invite you, give you then ownership and play with you the required wins!
