Hi, as the title says I am looking for low bronze accounts to smurf around on. I don't want unranked or any higher than Bronze IV. An account on one of the three servers I mentioned is highly preferred.
In addition:
-I am not willing to pay more than 15-20$ (13-18 Euro). Skins are meaningless to me so if you have a bronze account with lots of skins and you want to try and get money out of it, sell it to someone else.
-I am willing to go first if you are a trusted member (no newbies please).
-Viable AP/AD runes preferred, but not required.
