I personally boosted the account to Gold, and because it was really easy for me (I haven't lost many games) the account has an insane MMR and gets about 30-35+ LP per win (and loses about 10-15 per loss), so it's really easy to boost it further.
However, because it was level'd up by bots, it only has 17 champions and 3 rune pages (1 full AP page).
That's why it's only 20€, so you can spend the rest of your money to buy your favourite champions/skins.
The price is NOT negotiable, given that it's already the lowest I could've put.
