[WTB] Unranked/Bronze/Silver NA-Acc, 100 Referrals
Hey,
I'm going to move to Tokyo so I can't play on my EUW account. Therefor I need a NA account, and after getting the account I need 100 (trusted) referrals.
My first choice would be an unranked account (but no clean lvl 30). The more champs/IP the better, but bronze/silver/low gold is fine as well. I'm willing to pay good if the offered account is suiting my purposes.
Afterwards I need 100 referrals, but trusted please. I don't want to have to write to Riot to lift a perm ban.

Why? With my EUW I will have about 280ms, NA only 120 ms. KR need ID and no way I will play on OCE lol
