No this is not legit. It's known as tbm pushing. It basically means you're a cheat who wants a high reputation that you didn't earn to scam people for greater valued goods. The fact that you even posted something like this will probably deter a lot of potential customers for anything you might have to sell.

What do you mean how... it's not very hard to understand the concept.

IF you have a service or any goods to sell, sell them. Request a trade before trading, and after the trade is successful leave a rating, and ask the other person to do the same.

Why wouldn't I say it's not allowed? You're basically trying to TBM Push and you're not allowed to do it. If you want to legitly get TBM go buy or sell some services on the forum.

Look at the E*gold FAQ, you need to deal with atleast 28-30 E*gold before you can get a TBM for it.

Do you ever have read the Forum FAQ? And why you post this in Leauge of Legends trading? its not allowed to push TBM's or Thanks. The Legit way is to sell or buy something and earn TBM's
