Cant find out how to start a report against player.

PLEASE move this to the correct forum spot.

Im here to report the player Refactored. He has recently given me -1 feedback with NO proof. I managed to take a skype screenie to show that WE NEVER TRADED ANYTHING.

I was recently messaged saying he also scammed an account recently. Im just here to get the -1 removed. While i have you're attention, mind adding Paypal to the e*gold list of buying because I want Premium so badly. @refactored

P.S. I will message him with the post link.
