You need to wait for 2 weeks in order for seller to gift you a skin cause the seller can't gift you even though he wants to instantly.

Yes i can add now but i have limited amount of RP on every of my accounts. After 2 weeks there is high chance that i will have 0 RP. If you want RP to be reserved for you you have to pay me before i invite you (Then you have 100% guarantee that i will not run out of stock for you).

No. Its 11.6 euro. You can buy 10 euro PSC + 5 euro PSC and buy Pulsefire Ezr + something else to match 15 euro.

Btw. in first post its written that i accept PSC only for EU NE purchases.
