I'm interested but from what I read you get the RP through ref system so it's the same chance (15-20% I think) for me to lose my gift as if I had just done the ref myself?

There is 0% risk.
1) There is 0% risk on Referral system. Not 15-20%. Every amount below 250 Ref is unbannable. Riot is taking their moves after 250. And i make only 100 which is super safe.
2) There is 0% risk that riot will take back your gifts. They never removed and will probably never remove gifts from innocent people. They didn't made that even if gifting account got banned - and i guarantee that my smurfs will not get banned since i make safe amount of Refs + i get RP from tournaments (ESL EUROPE)

found this service on a other forum (m**h) and first, i was unsure and ask him if its possible to add him and wait 2 weeks and then pay. He said ok and i've added him. After 2 Weeks, i just pay the first Skin (Pulsefire) and got it, after that nocturn and his skin. Very nice service, fast, trusted and nice to talk!

Unfortunately not. Only servers i can support right now are N-A, EU West and EU East. These servers have highest demand.
BIG RESTOCK ON N-A and WEST!
Buy out reservation for these new skins and get them when they are out! (Have in mind that i can send only 3 gifts per day so if more than 1 person will buy at same day there is chance that you will have to wait 1 day more)
