User is very sketchy,
Wants me to go first and I have noted him that I have more tbm's then him he still said only for 50+. I asked him then if I get my friend leekiesin who has 80+ TBM to buy it for me will you go first. The user said it is risky and doesn't want to do it.

You can´t acuse him of scam just because he doesnt want to go first, despite the fact that curse at other people isnt a solution also so I dont know.
I will buy the code to see if he is legit

Hey man, I just registered yesterday. Maybe this guy is afraid to get scammed, all you can do is warn people to be careful. Accusing them of stuff with no proof is not cool though. Get a mod to check the the IPs, but nothing is definitive until then.
