I guys...

My goal is to get 50 Referrals because I'm a skin collector and I want to have Grey Warwick Skin and Medival Twitch.
I know that there are several Referral Services on this forum but I'm not interested in those because they can get you banned and my account is way to valuable for me to take that risk.

In order to obtain the skins I prefer to pay. I want different people with different IP from different countries to lvl accounts for me till they reach lvl10.
After levelling the account to LVL10 using my link I will pay you 2 euros to your paypal account (only method of payment I have).

I repeat each person can only do this ONCE!!! I want 50 different people to level 50 different accounts and I will pay 2 € to each account.
I know it's not much but at least you get 2€ to play the game you love and shouldn't take much time.

Guys this is not as hard as you guys think...Just play 2/3 games against bots then get lvl3. When you are lvl3 RIOT gives you 400RP with those RP you buy XP BOOST. After that when you get 6 normal wins you get to lvl10.
Not that hard...And you can keep the account and continue levelling the account, is always GOOD to have a smurf account.

I'm 100% trusted and I WILL PAY for the service to every single person...I just want to get the 50 referrals and the 2 skins.

lol i doubt anyone will wast there time to lvl a account to lvl10 if ur not going to pay first ur not even that trusted

Look man I already got some people who did this (have already 6 referrals) and they can vouch for me...I have another post on epvp and other websites and believe me I'm trusted. If you have doubts ask Homerguy, tm Link, Guardian, Spuds-Gaming, and many more.

You honestly think I would scam someone for 2 euros??

be seriously... its a nice idear but there are some problems.

u will not find in 2 years. 40people who level up ->10 for 2€

better take a ref-service. the only things they would do is, block u from the Ref-System.
Cause u can say, someone did this and i dont know who was it.

its like i do 500refs for ocelote. they dont ban him!
