WTB EUW Level 30
Looking to get myself an EUW level 30 in order to play it as a smurf. Not looking to spend too much (Max of 25 Euros) I'd be happy to go first if you're trusted considering that I'm new here. If you're not trusted then you go first.
Gimme any offers that you may have.
I'd prefer that the account be unranked, but will consider ranked accounts. I'd also like the account to have the original eMail/have the eMail changeable so it can't be recovered.

As tempting as that offer is I'm looking for something with the reg eMail so I know that it isn't just gonna get recovered in a few weeks.

Few too little champs for my liking and you didn't really state a price. That and we're both "untrusted and new" so the trade would be weird.
