I know, unfortunately paypal is way to risky, and paysafecards have no use in my country... i suppose i could take amazon giftcards.

i dont see why paypal is risky? buyers have no protection over online bought services.
Alsof if you want I can buy the paysafecards for 70% and transfer the money to your bank.
So if you have for 100 euro of paysafecards i'll send you 70.

That's a loss of 30 euros, and i don't make trades where im eligible to lose money. Thanks a lot for the info, but even if the sender isn't able to refund, there are still idiots who like to chargeback, in which case the money is put on hold. I'm sure amazon giftcards are purchasable through paypal, and they might even save money. So for anyone who wants to offer paypal, my suggestion is to simply buy an amazon giftcard (preferably for north american amazon).
