Set fps to 1 for botting

Hi, i'm botting refs with GhostLoL and to increase my system performance i'm searching for a way to set the ingame fps as low as possible.
Has someone done that before ?

Check this file: C:/Riot Games/League of Legends/Config/game.cfg and just try to manipulate it...
what happens if you set the frame cap to -1/0 for example?

I think u need a dummy client to set your fps to 1
