There are 120 skins, a lot of legendary skins and some skins, which you cant buy.
All runepages and 95% runes, All champions and a lot of icons | Why only 50 Euro?

I would say you could get about 90€ - 110€ for it, what would be about 120$ - 150$. It got nice skins, but they are not that special, with something like Championchip Riven or one of the Pax Skins it would be 200+

there are two kinds of prices.
elitepvpers price = about 50$
ebay price = 150$+
