4-enjoy 20 stacks after u kill someone

How is it possible for you to get perma banned,if it's just a bug that riot didn't fix...
There isn't any way to get banned from this beside, if people report you.

EUNE and EUWE is alredy disable ranked games cause of that... and it's funny when u watch some streams everyone is buying mejai so it's not like it was hard for RIOT to know fast about that bug
