2. Make a account...
3. Pm him with your ingame name......
4. Wait for him to reply.......
He's not online because he might have other stuff to do, so just wait he's not going to be online 24/7?

Have you got the key with you? + subsciption transaction ID etc...?
If you get enough proof you can ban the account which uses that key lol
If you really don't want him to have the key, Send to HoN support the info key etc.. and see if you can get it banned
